Fashion Access launched the first-ever, Sustainable Fashion Forum to address a growing global movement that involves economics, the environment and social issues. In three sessions, a panel of speakers - all professionals in fashion-related fields - tackled three key questions: What is Sustainable Fashion? Is it Profitable? What do consumers want?
Among the moderators and delegates were Li & Fung’s Bruce Bergstrom, Hong Lee from Control Union and Michael Lavergne from Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).

DESIGN-A-BAG COMPETITION
The Design-a-Bag 2010 image was unveiled at Fashion Access this past October. The new image, designed by past Design-a-Bag winner Colombian designer Olga Alfonso, features her recycled Keyboard Bag and aptly reflects Design-a-Bag’s uniquely online nature and Fashion Access’ focus on Sustainable Fashion.
